We provide a unique service for the renovation of a helm station on boats & yachts. We design a new post from scratch on a turnkey basis. We replace obsolete devices with new ones, install any navigation equipment and luxury intelligent steering wheels. We use various materials: leather, various plastics, vinyl films, metal and wood. We do molding work, gelcoat repairs, and complex structural modifications.

How goes the Helm station rebuilding project:

1. For the begining, we carry out a complete inspection of all installed equipment at the helm station and evaluate the condition of the wiring, the condition of the steering wheel, damage to the coatings and panels of the post.
2. Based on the wishes of the customer, we prepare an offer with several color options. We are coordinating the style of new instruments and the configuration of navigation equipment.
3. We dismantle all old and damaged panels, chartplotters, instruments and other navigation electronics. We mark cables, lay new ones, and repair damaged nodes. After all preparatory work is completed, we prepare drawings of new panels, make mock-ups from cardboard and try them on the yacht and make an exact fit. This completes the preparatory work.
4. At the next stage, all panels are made and devices are installed on them on our facility. The wiring is assembled and the performance is checked before installation. Next, the panel is brought to the yacht. The final installation of all elements of the dashboard is being carried out. Wiring is connected through new connectors, and neatly fits along the cable routes.
5. After the installation is completed, we set up all the equipment, check the correctness of the readings of tachometers and other indicators, and make basic settings for the chartplotter, sonar, radar. And after all works is done we show the completed work to the customer.
